a) Monthly Subscription: By selecting the monthly subscription plan, you agree to pay the specified monthly fee, which will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
b) Annual Subscription: By selecting the annual subscription plan, you agree to pay the specified annual fee, which will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
a) Payment Method: By subscribing to FitnesSociety, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to the payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.
b) Recurring Charges: The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan) until you cancel your subscription.
c) Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees at any time. However, any price changes will not affect your current subscription period. You will be notified in advance of any price changes that will apply to subsequent subscription periods.
a) Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription to FitnesSociety at any time by following the cancellation process provided within the App or by contacting our customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
b) Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used subscription periods. Refund requests related to subscriptions made through Google Play Store or the App Store (iOS) should be directed to the respective platforms according to their refund policies.
For subscriptions made through Google Play Store, the following refund policy applies:
- If you cancel your subscription within the initial trial period, no charges will be incurred.
- If you cancel your subscription after the trial period ends, you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.

For subscriptions made through the App Store (iOS), the following refund policy applies:

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and deny access to FitnesSociety if we determine that you have violated any of the terms outlined in these Terms of Subscription or if your use of the App is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review here. By subscribing to FitnesSociety, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Subscription for FitnesSociety at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of FitnesSociety after the modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
